2. Services
VOX Digital provides IT services: website development, mobile apps, marketplaces, CRM/ERP, and other custom solutions. Services are provided under a contract.
3. Payment terms
Standard payment schedule: 50% upfront, 50% upon project completion. Staged payment is possible upon separate agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment of the completed project, all rights are transferred to the client. Common libraries and frameworks used in development are excluded from this provision.
5. Limitation of liability
VOX Digital is not liable for temporary unavailability of the site or damage caused by third-party service failures.
6. Changes
The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes are published on the site.
